Synopsis
A few people around Salt Lake have the feeling of being watched, among them the cast of this episode. While investigating they find themselves drug into a series of bizarre events that brings them face to face with a voyeur who was not what they were expecting. And maybe, just maybe, they'll end up making a deal.
Plot
An aged and mouthy River-Digger named Rhonda Wallace, SLCPD's hopeful and hardened Stephanie Peter, and Apollo Adams the passionate vigilante 'Thunderbird,' all feel as if they're being watched. This turns out to be true as they find themselves pursued through Yalecrest by a group of oddly normal looking thugs, led by a dapper older man calling himself 'Dr. Burke.'
After hiding out in a Dive Bar found through Rhonda Wallace's fence connections, the ramshackle group manages to turn the tables and track Dr. Burke to Uintah Elementary School. While going through the school, the party is met with strange, asynchronous scenarios that seem to test their morality while eyes growing from the walls seem to be staring at them.
After pursuing Dr. Burke to the roof of the school, the party is met with a woman young enough to not remember the flood. This is the Spiritualist, The Eye in the Sky, who offers a partnership to Apollo Adams and Stephanie Peter to help her escape Salt Lake City—because she believes they're all good people.
