A Riddler who beat his contract by unconventional dreadful means, and haunted by the results at every step.

Background

Wittikka entered the Stream a Lion among a small Pride, and came out a lone-surviving contractor whose condition was the consumption of blood for his power. His way around this? Consuming his own. Now, he looks for a chance to make amends for his contract and prevent the Stream from consuming Salt Lake City.

This cost him his life when confronted with Joan Kozbi, whose contract with the Spirit Scales was one of the most powerful and dangerous yet. Wittikka contracted with Scales and in a desperate final stand invoked the contract, leading to Kozbi's death, Wittikka's, the Reverend's, and hundreds more.

But it kept the Stream at bay...for now. And Wittikka found his redemption.

Personality

Wittikka was dutiful, stoic, and an ultimately well-meaning soul. The crushing weight of never being able to return to the Lions and the realization that his contract's fulfillment was causing the slow death of Salt Lake City haunted his steps.

Appearance

Wittikka was a terrifying, massive man. Covered in open wounds and scars, and constantly smelling of death, he was not an easy person to be around.
