Background
Reverend Franklin was never one most took seriously. A street preacher with delusions of grandeur, the Flood was the best thing that ever happened to him. He interpreted the Stream and Spirits as heaven and angels of God, and contracts as the creation of agents on Earth.
At the Derk's Field incident, he contracted with the Spirit Scales, and aided Joan Kozbi in her work. He was killed by the same invocation of Wittikka's contract.
