A Spiritualist hiding out in Yalecrest who is scouting potential allies using the voyeuristic abilities granted by her contract. Her ultimate goal is to escape Salt Lake City.

Background

Extremely little is known about the woman's life prior to 2004. She seems to have only become active during this time. She is spying on individuals in Salt Lake City using the strange abilities granted by her Contract. This includes Apollo Adams, Rhonda Wallace, and Stephanie Peter.

Apollo Adams and Stephanie Peter have accepted an alliance, the terms of which are finding a way out of Salt Lake.

Personality

The woman is a somewhat awkward teenager, quiet with far reaching abilities. She doesn't stand on ceremony in casual conversation, but the sort of tasks she sets others to gauge their morality and personality indicate a certain immaturity, such as when facing Apollo Adams with the choice to save a small child in the Uintah Elementary School, despite it being abandoned and obviously an illusion to anyone paying close attention.

Still, first impressions says she means well. Of course, the same could be said for many Contractors.
