The mechanical heart pulled from the core of the Star-Eater. The roses are an excellent facsimile of the real thing.
When the giants fell, the Realms busied themselves with stamping out every trace of them. Pluralist and its Physicians created the Star-Eater and let it loose on Riot. It consumed the great Silver Seeds the giants left behind, as well as the titans that came from them.
The counterfeit roses seem to wilt under your touch. Perhaps a master craftsmen could make something of it...
