A watery, blue liquid held within a strange bottle. It has no aroma.

The Ruby Lord was sympathetic and fond of those disenfranchised things, different and broken though they may be. For the few souls judged guilty and ensnared in the Crystal Vigil, the Red Court would keep their bodies alive in the preservative waters of the marsh, awaiting the day their souls could be returned and their persons welcomed back.

The lonely bottle struck a chord with the Ruby Lord and found a place in her workshop.
