An engraved modification of weapon by given to a Crimson Clerk by Empedocles during the rebellion. Capable of firing explosive rounds in quick succession.
Empedocles ploy to turn the Overking against the Red Court and Ruby Lord was successful, but came at the cost of his body in the escape from the marsh. His was the first mind placed in a golem’s body, and the only true success among the Pluralists, in no small part due to his hoarding of the Ephemeral Essence that kept their minds intact in their new forms.
To him, the crime had long since been done, but the memory of the Red Court is long. As was that of the clerks who promised to never forget a friend. Especially the ones that forgot themselves.
