Avenger's Fetish
A fetish made of rough flesh not native to any kin of the Realms. The giants did not have flesh, and so dreamed it up.
The Deep Fog pursued the giants through endless realms, consuming all in its wake. The giants were without flesh and as such were susceptible to the fog. They envied the bodies of kin, full of flesh and blood that they never could possess.
Those of giants should fear the Fog. They are an irresistible delicacy to the Deep Fog. Perhaps the rebels of Chronicle realized this, and that is why they direly tried to weaponize the fog against their tyrants.
The giants dreamed of flesh, and the giants were natural oneironauts. Was it enough?
