A pungent piece of a Kretian Ant’s Pheromone Gland. The heady stench can be used to guide unfrenzied ants.
The Kretians employed many strategies to destroyed the acid spewing ants that plagued Kret, but were never successful. When they discovered they could be lured and tamed with aromatics, destruction was the farthest thing from their mind as the ant’s hills became a home, their backs a mount, and their acid a product.
To tame is to establish ties. To establish ties is something which can never be undone.
