Caress
A symbol developed by Ganymede when given the Newborn’s Breath. It once meant “metamorphosis”. Can be welded to the flesh to impart great comfort.
The giants feared the Deep Fog. In their fervor and hatred, Chronicle tried to call on it against the giants. In their pursuit of vengeance, Chronicle created a vast many constructs. Their final construct was borne to the Fog. Put in this world from only the deepest hatred, the creature would never know another’s love, and its only cradle would be a field of fog-touched flowers.
Its greatest friend and treasure was the small flower it carried; the only thing spared the touch of the plague—of the fog.
All great and precious things are lonely.
