Beast

A symbol rediscovered by Ganymede when given the Stormfront Horn. Can be welded to the flesh to impart great power.

To be a Smithward was to give up everything for Chronicle. No longer kin, no longer connected, no longer themself. It was the ultimate act of self sacrifice and honored above all else as the essence of giants infected their very being.

For the first Smithward, there was nothing more important than Chronicle’s continuation. But in truth, he was still far closer to kin than he would ever known. It was in his imperfections, in his kinship, that he discovered the truth of ending the giants and showed such resistance to the plague which ravaged Chronicle.

His magnum opus—the culmination of Chronicle’s goals—was a product of passion; a feeling he by all rights should’ve been divorced of.
Are kin and giant truly so different, then?

Statistics

When tattooed onto the flesh by a Spirit Mason, imparts the following benefits:

A chronicle of deeds: tis our name. So long as but single life, lonely stone, or wayward tale persists, so too do we. Nay, we will not fade with dying light, and nary will we perish for good of all. Look to the inferno within my breast and you will see: the city must survive. From thee I expect in return: Lead thy life as thou seest fit.
