A strange device developed by Empedocles, First Physician, to channel his abilities. Functions well as a focus for psijic powers, which can often be unpredictable.
The device never made it past this prototype and was quickly outdated by the Pluralists’ research. The Pluralists and their leader sacrificed much in the name of progress, ignorant of how their waste built a civilization just below the Realms.
