Threaded Gem
A pinkish gem encased by golden threads. It has strange properties.
The giants silken forms left divots where they first stumbled into the Realms, piles of heaping fabric. The water became preserving, crystals growing unchecked, and time unflowing. This place would come to first be called the “giants’ highway” and then another name altogether. The kin here were perverted into guardians and stewards, obsessed with feeling loved.
A kin created to lead and obey kept this pretty crystal secured in her captors’ leftovers on a whim, unknowing that this act of obsequiousness was the first true act of free will she ever expressed—the path to rebellion.
